Sapient Solutions PH is mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites. As a Hotel Reservation Agent, you will assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and inquiries to ensure an exceptional travel experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel booking requests and cancellations.
- Provide information regarding hotel policies and rates.
- Resolve any issues related to hotel stays.
- Collaborate with hotel partners for seamless transactions.
