Job Description
Sapient Solutions PH urgently hires Telco Account Representatives for Metro sites. One-day hiring with immediate start. Manage customer accounts, troubleshoot telecom service issues, escalate complex cases, offer retention solutions and ensure data privacy compliance. Voice and non-voice roles available for local and international accounts across day, night, and graveyard shifts. Competitive pay Php18,00–28,00/month with Php30,00 sign-on bonus, paid training, free parking, gym membership, promotion opportunities, and potential permanent employment. Full-time positions open to fresh graduates.
