Job Description
Join SapientBPO – Batangas as a Travel Customer Support Specialist (Chat). You will manage customer inquiries via chat, provide accurate travel information and solutions, document interactions, maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, meet performance and quality targets, and collaborate with team members. Requirements: high school graduate (college a plus), good English and/or Filipino communication, willing to work in Batangas, available for shifts, and basic computer skills. Full-time in-person role, salary Php18,00–27,00/month.
