Job Description
Join SapientBPO in Batangas as a Back Office Associate. Handle inbound/outbound voice or non-voice customer interactions, provide accurate solutions, document customer interactions, and collaborate with team members to meet quality and performance targets. Requirements: high school graduate or higher, good English and/or Filipino communication, basic computer skills, willing to work in Pasig City, and available for shift schedules if required. This is a full-time, in-person role with a salary of Php18,00–Php27,00/month.
