Job Description
SapientBPO – Novaliches is urgently hiring Entry-Level Non-Voice Agents for onsite Metro Manila operations. Handle customer inquiries via non-voice channels, maintain accurate records, follow company policies, and work collaboratively with the team. We offer fixed weekends off, competitive salary Php17,00–25,00, monthly commissions, HMO with 2 dependents from day one, paid leave, OT & holiday pay, 13th month, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, free coffee, and fast-track career growth. Full-time, permanent roles available for fresh graduates with signing bonuses, incentives, and paid training.
