Job Description
SapientBPO Novaliches is urgently hiring Chat Support Representatives for onsite, non-voice customer service. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries and complaints, updating accurate customer records, escalating issues, and staying current with company policies while contributing to a collaborative team. We offer fixed weekends off, competitive salary PHP17,00–25,00, monthly commissions, HMO with two dependents from day one, paid leaves, OT & holiday pay, 13th-month pay, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, free coffee and biscuits, incentives and signing bonuses.
