Job Description
At SapientCareersBPO in Manila, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer calls, gathering information, and resolving queries using standard procedures. You will assist clients in selecting appropriate services and communicate necessary information in a timely manner.
We offer full-time, permanent positions with a salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php27,00.00 per month. Benefits include additional leave, health and life insurance, gym membership, employee discounts, and opportunities for promotion.
Working hours consist of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with options for flextime and early shifts. Note that this position is in-person.
