Job Description
As a Field Credit Investigator, you will conduct on-site visits to verify borrower identity, employment, income, and collateral; interview neighbors and references; assess property and asset condition; collect evidence and photograph collateral; prepare clear investigation reports; support the credit team with accurate findings and recommendations; and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Requirements: diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in collections, investigations or field work, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, strong observation, report-writing and interpersonal skills, integrity and ability to work independently.
