Job Description
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the COO to manage scheduling, communications, and daily operations, ensuring smooth executive workflows.
You will coordinate calendars and travel, prepare briefings and reports, organize meetings, follow up on projects, and handle confidential correspondence.
Requirements: 3+ years supporting senior executives, excellent written and verbal English, strong organization, discretion, time management, and proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.
