Job Description
SEA Olympus Marketing Incorporated is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and our customers. Your role will ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain records in our CRM system.
- Process requests and coordinate with departments.
- Provide product/service information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
