Job Description
Lead our Pampanga cafe to grow sales and control costs (goods, inventory, labor, supplies); manage cash/POS, opening/closing and corporate coordination; ensure team adherence to guiding principles and excellent customer service; resolve issues, assess staffing, and maintain store appearance and equipment. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, 1–5 years F&B management (coffee preferred), P&L experience a plus, strong people-management skills. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: In person.
