We’re Hiring: Marketing Officer

Join our growing group of companies in cosmetics, jewelry, and luxury items in online retail We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to help grow our brands and connect with customers in meaningful ways.

In this role, you will manage multiple brands, each with its own identity, audience, and marketing needs, giving you the opportunity to lead strategic marketing initiatives across diverse product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement marketing initiatives to promote products and achieve company objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand target audiences.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across social media, digital, and other channels.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging social media posts, visuals, promotional materials, and compelling copy for ads and product descriptions.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance each brand’s identity through consistent messaging, design, and positioning.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts and track performance metrics.
• Event Management: Organize and coordinate product launches and promotional events to increase brand exposure.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in digital tools and social media management
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on-site near UP Village, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,00.00 per month
