Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using well-defined scripts and procedures.
- Gather information, resolve inquiries, and log customer calls.
- Communicate relevant alternatives and inform clients about available expert services.
- Guide and instruct lower-level employees, providing troubleshooting support.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour day shifts.
Requirements
