Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Chat Assistant to join our team at SGS CAREERS- PH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our services. Key responsibilities include logging calls, offering timely solutions, and providing guidance to lower-level employees.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php26,00.00. We offer numerous benefits, including flexible schedules, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
