Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address customer concerns.
- Make outgoing calls for follow-ups and marketing.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Update customer information in our database.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduates
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Work location is in person.
