Job Description
Join SGS CAREERS- PH as a Weekend Chat Support Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints, gathering information, and providing timely resolutions. You will also inform clients about service options and guide lower-level employees through troubleshooting and instruction.
This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary of Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. Enjoy a flexible schedule with an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday, including weekends. Supplemental pay, including bonuses and commissions, is also available.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
