Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns through chat, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary duties include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresh graduates. The monthly salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00, with a variety of benefits including health insurance, paid training, and work-from-home options.
Work hours are Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift. Enjoy additional compensation such as bonuses, commission, and tips.
