Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Hotel Booking Support Agent to join our team at SGS – Careers – PH. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, making outgoing calls to follow up on inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service by resolving issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 25,00.00 per month, plus a range of benefits such as health and life insurance, performance bonuses, and paid training.
Schedule: 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. Work Location: In-person.
