Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Chat & Email Support Agent to join our team at SGS- CAREERS-PH. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues using established procedures, and guide lower-level employees. You will gather information, communicate solutions effectively, and keep track of customer interactions.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between Php17,00.00 and Php26,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include life insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
You will work an 8-hour shift, and receive various supplemental pay options, including performance bonuses and overtime pay.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
