Job Description
SGS- Careers- PH is looking for an Online Chat Support Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls from customers, making outgoing calls to follow up on inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service by resolving complaints. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in our database.
This is a full-time and permanent position suitable for fresh graduates, offering a pay range of Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
