Job Description
We are urgently hiring Hotel Booking Agents for SGS – Sapient Call Center in Metro sites. One-day hiring process; earn up to Php28,00/month. Full-time, permanent in-person role providing exceptional customer service for hotel reservations: handle inquiries via email/chat/phone, modify or cancel bookings, resolve reservation issues, promote deals and upgrades, and suggest process improvements.
