Job Description

SGS – Sapient Call Center is mass hiring Hotel Booking Specialist (Non-Voice) across Metro Manila. Earn up to Php28,00 monthly plus a Php30,00 sign-on bonus; no BPO experience required. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via email/chat, managing reservations (adjustments, cancellations), resolving booking issues (overbookings, incorrect charges), recommending offers and upgrades to increase occupancy, and providing process improvement feedback.
