Job Description
SGS – Sapient Call Center is mass hiring Hotel Booking Specialists across Metro Manila. Earn up to Php28,00/month plus a Php30,00 sign‑on bonus. No BPO experience required. As a non‑voice agent you will handle customer inquiries via email/chat, manage reservations (adjustments, cancellations, issue resolution), recommend upgrades and packages, and provide feedback to improve guest experience. Full-time roles with flexible day, night, and graveyard shifts; local and international accounts; voice/non‑voice options.
