Job Description

SGS – Sapient Call Center is mass hiring Insurance Specialists across Metro Manila. Full-time, in-person roles open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with claims submission and status updates, clarifying billing, payment methods and policy renewals, and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. Earn up to Php28,00 monthly plus a Php30,00 sign-on bonus. Flexible day, night and graveyard shifts; voice and non-voice options; opportunities in local and international accounts.
