Job Description
Shearwater seeks PH Registered Nurses (Taguig, Pampanga, Cebu) for a hybrid, clinician-led team. Duties: coordinate client processes, perform telephonic/online authorizations, contact specialty providers, monitor eligibility, and record authorization/denial data. Requirements: BS Nursing, active PRC, Philippine passport, ≥6 months recent bedside experience (fresh grads welcome); Healthcare/BPO experience preferred. Must have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; available for voice/blended/non-voice accounts, any shift. Full-time, permanent; HMO Day 1 (2 dependents), group life, competitive pay, bonuses, annual raises; possible visa sponsorship (T&C).
