Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Inpatient Medical Coder to accurately code inpatient records using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS and DRG methodologies. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, assigning diagnosis and procedure codes, ensuring coding compliance, and collaborating with clinical teams to clarify documentation. Requirements: 2+ years inpatient hospital coding experience, preferred CCS/CPC/CCA certification, strong knowledge of coding guidelines, attention to detail, reliable internet, and ability to meet productivity targets.
