Job Description
Join Shopee as a Hub Lead in our Operations Department located in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will oversee daily hub operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established processes. You will lead team briefings, drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement initiatives for enhanced productivity.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, and leadership experience in a logistics environment. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
