Job Description

Shopee is seeking an experienced Operations Hub Lead to join our team in Manila, Philippines. The Operations team manages the end-to-end process, ensuring seamless operations from product search to delivery. You will oversee daily hub functions, implement process improvements, and lead team performance assessments.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, proven leadership experience in logistics, and a minimum of 4 years in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry. E-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred.
