Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and enhancing our benefits structure.
- Location: Manila, Philippines
- Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor)
- Responsibilities include administration of benefits, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of statutory loans, proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
