Job Description
The Operations teams at Shopee oversee the end-to-end process from product search to delivery. We are seeking an experienced Hub Coordinator to manage day-to-day hub operations, including parcel handling and inventory management. You will monitor hub performance, support customer service, implement process improvements, and coordinate with agency teams.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 3 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce, leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be adaptable to shift work and willing to learn continuously.
