Job Description
Join Shopee as an Operations Lead and play a crucial role in overseeing daily hub operations in Manila, Philippines. Our Operations team manages the end-to-end process from product search to delivery. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to procedures, leading team briefings, and implementing process improvements to drive performance. You’ll support the Customer Support team with escalations and coordinate with agency teams while managing additional tasks related to hub operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, and a proven leadership track record in a warehouse or hub environment.
