Job Description
The Operations team at Shopee is seeking an experienced Hub Coordinator to manage end-to-end hub operations. This role includes overseeing parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management, ensuring optimal hub performance and productivity.
Your responsibilities will involve monitoring KPIs, creating reports, assisting customer support, handling payment transactions, and implementing process improvements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a leadership position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with a willingness to be flexible with work schedules. A continuous learning mindset is essential.
