Job Description
Join our Operations team at Shopee, based in Manila, Philippines, as a Returns Operations Officer. You will oversee the inbound process and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met while managing team members effectively.
Key responsibilities include creating personnel schedules, ensuring timely processing of deliveries, conducting inspections for returns, and providing reports to management. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in warehousing or e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential. Detail-oriented and organized individuals will thrive in this role. Willingness to work in Bulacan is required.
