Job Description
Join our Operations team in Manila, Philippines, as an Operations Lead. You will oversee daily hub operations, ensuring efficient functioning while adhering to procedures and policies. Lead team briefings, drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement process enhancements to boost productivity. Your leadership will be crucial in assisting the Customer Support team and coordinating with agency teams to resolve escalations and manage overall hub operations.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, leadership experience in a logistics environment, and familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment.
