Job Description
Siccion Holdings Inc. seeks a dedicated HR Assistant (Recruitment) based in Cubao, Quezon City. Full-time, permanent role supporting daily HR operations: maintaining employee records, processing HR paperwork, onboarding/offboarding, coordinating training logistics, assisting engagement events, and handling HR inquiries. Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Psychology are preferred; fresh graduates welcome. Prefer 6–12 months admin/HR experience, strong organization, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Must be able to start ASAP. Salary Php18,00–20,00/month. Benefits: paid training, free parking, and promotion opportunities. Work is in person.
