Job Description
We are seeking an organized E-Commerce Fulfillment Officer to manage order processing, pick-pack-ship operations, and timely dispatch. You will coordinate with warehouse teams and couriers, monitor inventory levels, update order statuses, and handle returns or fulfillment exceptions. Strong attention to detail, basic WMS/ERP and Excel skills, and experience in e-commerce logistics are required. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to work under deadlines to ensure high customer satisfaction.
