Job Description
As Lead Service Delivery Technical Consultant you will oversee technical delivery of managed services, lead cross-functional teams, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. You will design and validate solutions, manage incidents and escalations, mentor engineers, and provide technical governance. Required: 5+ years in service delivery or consulting, strong skills in cloud and networking, automation (Python/Ansible), ITIL processes, and excellent communication and leadership. A degree in IT or related field and proven experience delivering complex enterprise projects are preferred.
