Job Description
Lead IT Collaboration & Conferencing Specialist responsible for designing, deploying and managing enterprise collaboration platforms and meeting room systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Poly, Crestron). You will lead projects to integrate UC&C services, optimize audio‑visual infrastructure, enforce security and compliance, manage vendors, and define standards and SLAs. Provide escalation support, troubleshooting, automation (PowerShell/Graph), user training and change management. Collaborate with network, security and facilities teams to ensure high availability and exceptional meeting experiences. Proven experience in UC&C architecture, project leadership and vendor negotiations required.
