Responsibilities include onboarding, case coordination, document review assistance, liaising with legal teams, and tracking client outcomes.
Ideal candidate has experience in client services or bankruptcy support, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage sensitive information are required. Bilingual skills are a plus.
