Job Description
Join our legal team as a Legal Case Specialist (Bankruptcy). Manage bankruptcy cases from intake to resolution: prepare filings, coordinate with trustees, debtors, creditors and courts, conduct legal research, maintain case files and deadlines, and support litigation and restructuring. Requirements: law degree or paralegal certificate, 2+ years bankruptcy experience, strong knowledge of insolvency procedures, excellent drafting, organizational skills, and proficiency with case-management software. Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly required.
