Job Description
Single Thread Health seeks a Healthcare Operations Analyst in Metro Manila to support claims processing, billing, provider credentialing, and customer service for U.S. partners. Responsibilities include reviewing and resolving claims, posting payments, verifying provider qualifications, handling inquiries from patients, providers and payers, maintaining records, generating reports, and collaborating to improve workflows. Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare, 2–3 years in healthcare operations, strong knowledge of insurance and compliance, excellent English communication, and MS Office proficiency. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities. Compensation: $6 per hour.
