Job Description
SIPPS Manila is a bespoke mobile bar delivering unforgettable cocktail experiences for private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings. Based in Mandaluyong City / Quezon City, we seek a sociable, skilled General Manager to lead operations. You will spearhead day-to-day bar management, run service during events from intimate tastings to high-end functions, assist in cocktail R&D and menu development, conduct client tasting sessions, manage event logistics and bar preparations, oversee supplies and staff coordination, and train bartenders. The role includes customer acquisition and building partnerships with suppliers, coordinators, and venues. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Work location: In person.
