Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team at Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions. The successful candidate will monitor live call volumes, response times, and agent performance in real-time.
Job Requirements:
– Monitor KPIs such as service level and handle time.
– Adjust forecasts based on actual volume.
– Collaborate with workforce management for schedule adjustments.
– Analyze performance data to identify trends.
Qualifications:
– 6 months to 1 year of RTA experience.
– Shift work is required.
– Proficient in MS Office.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
