Job Description
We are hiring Blended Customer Service Representatives for Voice (Lead Generation–Survey) and Non‑Voice (Chat & Email) accounts. Voice: make outbound survey calls, verify and enter customer data, follow scripts and quality standards. Non‑Voice: respond to chats and emails, provide product/account assistance and ensure excellent customer experience. Qualifications: High School/SHS/college level, good English (verbal/written), comfortable with outbound calls, typing 30–45 WPM, attention to detail, multitasking, BPO experience is a plus, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full‑time. Salary: Php15,00–20,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, paid training, company events and Christmas gift. Work Location: In person.
