Job Description
Join Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions as a Referral Coordinator. You will manage incoming referrals and routing, liaise with clients, therapists and partners, handle email responses, contact therapists for updates and scheduling, follow up with companies requesting services, and accurately document information in the EMR. Required: fast and accurate work, strong customer communication, medical background or healthcare account experience, familiarity with medical terminology, professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
