Job Description
The Field Collector at Skyro is responsible for recovering payments from past-due customer accounts through direct fieldwork. You will meet customers to negotiate payment plans, plan efficient routes, document interactions in the system, prepare status reports, and recommend corrective actions or write-offs as needed. Make decisions according to company policies and identify process improvements. This full-time, on-the-road role offers Php15,00–19,00/month, health and life insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
