Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership to oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll support, and employee lifecycle processes, primarily focusing on Ohio and Indiana.
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, vet candidates, draft offer letters, lead onboarding, support HR tasks, assist with payroll, and maintain knowledge of employment laws. Strong communication with team members is essential.
Qualifications: Proven experience in an HR role, knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, excellent communication skills, familiarity with HRIS systems, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
