Job Description
Snapscale seeks a full-time on-site Team Leader to oversee daily healthcare BPO operations, lead and coach a high-performing team, and act as primary client liaison. Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, trend analysis, continuous improvement, escalations, and client reviews. Requirements: minimum 1 year Team Leader experience in BPO/VA, strong people-management, communication, problem-solving, reliability; healthcare account experience a plus. Onsite at Bangkal or La Cima.
