Job Description
Snapscale seeks an on-site Facility Supervisor in Davao to manage utilities, electrical, HVAC, water, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities: preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, safety and regulatory compliance, contractor supervision, utility monitoring, and maintenance reporting. Requirements: degree or college undergraduate, ≥2 years facilities/utilities/maintenance supervision, building systems knowledge, safety and contractor management, leadership, problem-solving, and on-site availability.
