Job Description
SolarMaxx Corp. seeks a reliable HR Generalist to handle recruitment, onboarding and exits for office and field staff, HR files, attendance, leave and overtime monitoring, payroll support and statutory remittances (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), DOLE compliance, employee relations, training support and office admin. Requires bachelor’s in HR/Business/Psychology or related, 1–2 years HR/Admin experience, knowledge of Philippine labor law, strong communication, organization and confidentiality. Full-time, in-person. Salary Php22,00–24,00/month.
